Risk Assesment

Potential hazard
Low/Medium/High
Control measures
Tripping over leads
Medium
When we set up, although we tried to keep everything organised, there were a few loose wires to trip over although there were in the corner of the room.
The location
Low
We brought extra coats with us for the actors to wear in between and during filming as long as they looked realistic. We filmed on a cold day and wanted to make sure our actors were comfortable.
Filming outside
Low
Although we had adult supervision, we crossed a road to film on the street. We had an adult to stop any cars if any were approaching. As we had to also take the camera equipment across the road, we made sure we crossed on a zebra crossing to ensure our safety
Supervision
Low
This is low as we were supervised throughout to ensure security for us as well as the camera equipment.
The journey
Low

The camera equipment was always in a car when it needed to be taken to a specific location and it was never left without someone being in the car.
